Established in 2022, Proximity is a specialised team of chartered surveyors working closely with property developers to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks inherent in development projects. Proximity’s visual language draws inspiration from the meticulous planning of building plots through a distinctive set of symbols. These graphics are derived from the four segments of the lowercase “x” in the logotype. By systematically rotating and flipping these elements, a versatile suite of symbols was created, serving as unique assets thoughtfully applied across all collateral and communications.
